Exploring the Many Features of the new Jeep Gladiator
The new Jeep Gladiator is the pickup of the present and future. It's also the only truck that Jeep currently offers. Many interesting features are ready for use after purchase. This truck has unique exterior styling, removable doors, and higher towing capacity than many of its competitors. The new Jeep Gladiator is available for purchase at our dealership. Our lineup includes several trims such as the Sport, Willys Sport, Sport S, Willys, Freedom, Overland, Mojave, Rubicon, and High Altitude.
Interior/Exterior
The new Jeep Gladiator has a fully functional cabin that offers user-friendly controls. There are bucket seats for front passengers, and a total of five people sits comfortably. High-quality materials are built in for your pleasure, including fine cloth and Nappa leather. Heat function is incorporated into the front seats and steering wheel. Fine craftmanship from the interior's precise stitching is also present.
Its uncluttered layout yields easy access to control the large air vents, and legroom is plentiful for both seating rows. The interior of the new Jeep Gladiator goes further by offering a water-proof start button. Unfolding the roof creates an open-air experience, and intelligent storage solutions are built in. This includes rear-seat storage that's lockable and under-seat storage.
The truck's exterior has an unmistakable design that looks different from other pickups. Its body has upright posture and a well-structed hood. Round LEDs surround the front grille, and large bumpers are present at both ends. The new Jeep Gladiator's exterior has doors that are precisely etched. Buyers can opt for a hardtop or soft top. The truck's flared wheel arches only enhance its overall look via rugged aesthetics. A number of wheel designs/sizes are also available, including:
- 17-inch gloss-black wheels
- 18-inch granite-crystal wheels
- 20-inch aluminum wheels
Performance
Performance from the new Jeep Gladiator is stable, and its overall handling is sufficient. Its ride quality and handling are supported via a longer wheelbase. Drivers can swiftly avoid objects with precision thanks to wheelbase optimization. Generous ground clearance is available, which allows for traversing water that's 30 inches deep. The truck's Trail Rated Badge lets you know that it's trail-ready. Four-wheel drive delivers maximum traction to the wheels to conquer a range of harsh surfaces.
Exceptional wheel articulation is available, which comes in handy on uneven terrain. Two powertrains are ready for use per trim choice. This includes a 3.6-liter engine that produces 260 pound-feet of torque and 285 horsepower. This V6 tows a maximum 7,700 pounds. There's also a 3.0-liter, eco-diesel engine that makes 442 pound-feet of torque and 260 horsepower. Its maximum towing capacity comes in at 6,600 pounds. Higher performance is experienced with the Rubicon and Mojave trims thanks to their addition ground clearance, Dana axels, and performance shocks.
Technology/Features
A number of advanced technologies are part of the Gladiator's automotive package starting with a water-proof speaker. This speaker also has Bluetooth function. The available Wi-Fi hotspot comes in handy for on-the-go travel, and multiple devices will pair simultaneously. This includes internet access via 4G LTE speed. Uconnect 4 innovation is embedded into the truck's 7.0-inch display, but 8.4-inch displays are available for upgrades. Of course, the features of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are present. The new Gladiator offers other useable features from USB ports to a 115-volt outlet. There's also in-vehicle apps and navigation.
Safety
Safety comes in many forms like side impact beams and electronic stability control. Safety prevention comes via radar-based sensors that scan the highway for danger. This includes Rear Park Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Forward Collision Warning.
