After being named to the Car and Drive 10 Best list, the Ram 1500 outsold the Chevy Silverado in 2019 by more than a small margin. In 2019, the total of Ram trucks sold was a staggering 633,694, compared to 575,600 trucks from the Chevy Silverado lineup, for a total of 58,094 more Ram trucks sold. That's an 18 percent increase for the Ram truck lineup, which has to do with the full makeover the Ram 1500, 2500 and 3500 went through in 2019.
